Dianké.ai, operated by Dianke.ai LLC, helps businesses answer customer messages and take bookings and orders on Facebook Messenger and Instagram. If you have messaged a business that uses Dianké, we may hold a record of that conversation and any booking or order details you shared. You can ask us to delete that information at any time.
Step 1. Email Hello@dianke.ai from any address, with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Step 2. Tell us which account you used and which business you messaged, so we can find your records. Include the Facebook or Instagram name or handle you messaged from, and the name of the business you contacted.
Step 3. We confirm your request and delete the associated personal information from our systems, typically within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
Deleting your data removes it from Dianké's records. It does not delete messages stored in your own Facebook or Instagram account, which you control directly through those apps.
